Members' Weekend 2026
The Suffolk Plant Heritage group looks forward to welcoming you for our annual Members' get together on Saturday 6 June, with dinner and a speaker the night before. The Plant Exchange will also be taking place, but the members' day is far more than this, and open to all members.

Friday June 5: dinner and a guest speaker at beautiful Bury St Edmunds Guildhall (accessible venue)
Saturday June 6: Helmingham Hall in Stowmarket is the venue for a guided tour in small groups of is spectacular gardens designed by Lady Xa Tollemache. There will be stalls displaying some of the Suffolk group's 21 National Plant Collections along with refreshments. Followed by a buffet lunch at Framsden Hall Barn on the estate, and talks from three more speakers.
The annual Plant Exchange will be taking place too - this is your chance to offer or receive rare and unusual plants. It's already underway so get involved if you wish.
Bury St Edmunds, a beautiful cathedral city, has a wide variety of places to stay both in the centre and further out. If you'd like to make a weekend of it, the Suffolk group plans to send you details in good time of National Collections and gardens open for visits
