Description:

The Hebe Society describes this cultivar as having green spear-shaped leaves with racemes of purplish-blue flowers to 10 cm long in summer.  Not considered fully hardy in the UK.  Similar to and possibly synonymous with ‘Jewel’, it reaches a height of 60-90cm.
