Synonym: Hebe parviflora ‘Holdsworth’

Description:

Graham Hutchins collected this upright evergreen shrub on Mount Holdsworth, Tararua Range, North Island, New Zealand. It reaches up to 1.5 m tall, with glossy green, spear-shaped leaves measuring 2.5–4 cm. It blooms well in full sun, producing white flowers in summer, but is less prolific in shade. Its attractive foliage makes it a worthwhile addition. It is hardy in the UK.
