Description:
Originating around 1930 in Headfort, near Kells, County Meath, Ireland, this plant resembles ‘Inspiration’ and ‘Wiri Gem’. It is a spreading evergreen shrub, reaching to 1 m tall and wider. The glossy green leaves are spear-shaped, 2–4 cm long. Deep violet-blue flowers appear in branched spikes during summer and again in autumn. It is considered a tender hebe in the UK.
