Description

This new collection in 2022, includes young, well established and two UK Champion Trees. Early plantings date from Jim Gardiner, former curator and Magnolia enthusiast. Current curator Matthew Pottage's focus includes foliage indumentum colour, versatility and resilience to hot, dry conditions at Wisley. Many can be found in the Rose Garden and formal areas.
