Richard Hodson has a National Plant Collection of Clematis viticella, displayed in 1 acre garden in West Lancashire.  Richard also holds a National Collection of Clematis Texensis and Viorna Groups.

The viticellas are a group of vigorous, hardy, summer flowering clematis. Most have nodding bell flowers, similar to the species, in a good range of colours; whites, blues, purples, pinks and reds.

Richard is looking forward to keeping you up to date with developments in the collection.
