Ian Scroggy has a National Plant Collection of Agapanthus, with over 450 cultivars, planted in pots. 

Agapanthus are sun-loving plants that flower from mid-late summer, with large flower heads in shades of blue or white, from midsummer onwards.

Ian is looking forward to telling you more and to keeping you up to date with developments in the collection.

  • work with new collection holders to save plant groups missing from the National Plant Collection scheme
  • provide more support to National Collection Holders through our bursary scheme
