By kind permission of Richard and Gill Marshall, a visit to their lovely garden in Cheltenham.

Home to three very different National Plant Collections, 240 Plant Guardian plants and over 1,500 different species/cv, this 0.4 acre garden has evolved over the last 30 years. It is still being developed to cater for new interests. The garden is divided into rooms, each with its own purpose. Two areas come to the fore in summer - the Hot Borders and the Sundial garden. The latter is home to most of the Penstemons. There is a display of the Ceratostigmas while the Philadelphus are planted throughout the garden. Another feature in summer is a large display of pelargoniums and succulents.

The planting is managed along the lines of a botanic garden so most of the more unusual plants are labelled.

The visit will include tea and very yummy cake!

Ticket numbers are strictly limited. To book your place and for further details, please contact Stevie not later than Sunday 19th July.

Car Sharing

There is limited parking at/near the garden, so it would be helpful if we could share cars - if you can offer a space or need a lift, please let Stevie know.
