Description:

Historic daffodil, 2 W-Y [Large-Cupped], was hybridised by Rev. G.H. Engleheart in England and registered before 1898. Awarded FCC 1898 and C(g) 1931. Star-shaped 90 mm flowers face slightly upward, with broadly ovate, milk-white perianth segments overlapping a third and slightly inflexed margins. The ribbed, funnel-shaped corona is primrose yellow with a straight, lightly frilled, crenate rim, resembling ‘Sir Watkin’ in form.
