Amorphophallus decus-silvae Backer & Alderw.
Description:
A very large Indonesian species, with a single green leaf atop a 3–3.6 m tall, strikingly speckled petiole in shades of brown, green, and white. The inflorescence rises about 1.5 m, with a purple spathe and large white spadix, supported by a 1.8–2.4 m spike. Striking but challenging to grow, requiring a potted environment and slightly dry conditions during dormancy.
