Description:
Bred by Alexander Dickson II (1857-1949) prior to 1920. Bushy, upright form with semi to double, medium-large flowers, salmon-pink with a carmine-pink reverse & copper highlights. Strong fragrance with hints of verbena & violets. A Pernetiana rose, renowned for their unique blended colouring and named for their originator Mons. Pernet-Ducher, of Lyons., who aspired to introduce yellow blends into remontant (repeat) flowering forms. RNRS Gold Medal 1921. NNRS Cert. of Merit 1923.
