Nerine ‘Zeal Purple Stripe’
Description:
Bred by Devon plantsman Terry Jones as part of his Zeal breeding programme, which began in 1968. It resulted from a 1996 cross of ‘Zeal Damson’ × N. bowdenii ‘Superba’. The plant was grown for around ten years before being named ‘Zeal Purplestripe’. It was recorded in print by 2006 and later distributed by Matt Bishop.
