Salvia microphylla ‘Rodbaston Tough Beet’


Description:

One of eight salvias named by Yoke van der Meer, former Head Gardener at Rodbaston College 1998-2009, which held a National Plant Collection of New World species of Salvia from 2002-2009. So named as it survived a record -18C and its flower colour resembles that of dark beetroot.
