Synonym: Hebe parviflora ‘Palmerston’

Description:

Graham Hutchins collected this evergreen shrub near Palmerston North, North Island, New Zealand, where it grows on steep banks. It reaches over 1 meter tall, with narrow, spear-shaped green leaves measuring 4.5–7.5 cm long and 5–7 mm wide. It produces dense spikes of white flowers from summer to autumn and is hardy in the UK, making it an excellent garden plant.
