Description:

Mid- to late-season historic daffodil, 2 W-W [Large-Cupped], grows 32.5–67.5 cm and was hybridised by William Backhouse in England, registered before 1869. Its ovate to narrowly oblong perianth spreads or slightly inflexes, sometimes with wavy margins. The closely ribbed, cylindrical-to-funnel-shaped corona opens canary yellow with an orange tinge, fading to white, with a straight, lightly frilled mouth.
