Chrysanthemum ‘Roter Spray’
Description:
Said to be introduced in 1995 by German plantsman and breeder Eugen Schleipfer of Gärtnerei Eugen Schleipfer, based in Neusäß near Augsburg, Bavaria, southern Germany. Schleipfer was renowned for selecting exceptionally hardy garden chrysanthemums from his breeding work. ‘Distinctive raspberry-purple, double flowers with yellow centres, flowering from September to November.
