Description:

Bred by Brian West (1936-2006) of Nettlestone, Isle of White and registered 2007, Stellar Pelargonium with single, white-speckled-pink flowers. Recorded on the register and referenced at pelargoniumoasen-blogspot-com as 'Jackie Tottis'.  This blog also describes Brian’s lifetimes work as a professional gardeners and hobbyist breeder active during 1985-2004, when he bred many pelargoniums named for family members and locations around the Isle of Wight.
