Hemerocallis ‘Icy Lemon’


Description:

Introduced in 1990 by Bob Brooks of Cordon Bleu Farms, San Marcos, California, this tetraploid stands 34 inches tall with 5.5-inch blooms. Early-midseason with rebloom, it is semi-evergreen and light greenish yellow with a green throat, from (Wilbur Harling × Demetrius). It received an HM in 1993. Brooks registered 38 cultivars; four tetraploids earned awards, including ‘Brand New Lover,’ ‘Quick Results,’ ‘Icy Lemon,’ and ‘Ricky Rose.’
