Synonyms: Veltheimia bracteata ‘Yellow Flame’, Veltheimia capensis ‘Rebekah Jope’

Description:

Registered with KAVB 1992 by G.D. Duncan, introduction date 1982. Flowering Plants of Africa June 2009 Vol.61, states 'In the late 1970s, an outstanding robust, greenish yellow form that breeds true to type was donated to Kirstenbosvch by Mrs J. den Houting of Port Alfred in the Eastern Cape. It was named V. bracteata 'Lemon Flame (Duncan 1982). The plant had previously been received from a resident of Bushman's River Mouth, Eastern Cape.'
