Synonym: Hebe ‘County Park’
Description:
A seedling of Hebe pimeleoides var glauco-caerulea, raised in 1970 by Graham Hutchins at County Park Nursery located in Hornchurch, Essex. ‘Wingletye’ shares the same lineage. Described by the Hebe Society as a compact, evergreen shrub that serves as an effective ground cover, typically growing to a height of approximately 15 cm with a spread of up to 60 cm. Small spear-shaped leaves to 15 mm long, with a greyish-green hue, produces violet flower spikes that bloom from June to July.
