Synonym: Narcissus ‘Frank Miles’
Description:
Mid-season historic daffodil, 2 Y-Y [Large-Cupped], grows 32.5–67.5 cm and was hybridised by Edward Leeds in England, registered before 1877. Star-shaped flowers are soft, clear yellow, with narrowly ovate, slightly twisted perianth segments and gently incurling margins. The cup-shaped, loosely ribbed corona is darker or tinged with scarlet, with a straight, lightly frilled, crenate rim. Fertile and elegant, it has no known descendants but remains a classic garden beauty.
