Description:
Bred by Sir Cedric Morris and registered in 1951, is a tall bearded (TB) iris that grows to 76 cm in height and blooms late in the season. Classified in Colour Class W2, it is a white-background plicata adorned with distinctive violet markings. Awarded the Bronze Medal by the British Iris Society in 1947. It was later introduced commercially by R. Wallace & Co in 1950.
