Description:
Cane-type Begonia, introduced by Michael J. Kartuz (USA) in 1972, has upright bamboo-like stems to about 80cm. It bears green leaves with heavy silver spotting and clusters of pink flowers from late spring to autumn. Best grown in bright, filtered light and warm conditions, it is valued as a decorative foliage plant for containers and conservatories.
