Description:
Early-to-mid-season historic daffodil, 2 Y-Y (Large-Cupped), growing tall over 67.5 cm, hybridised by W. Pickstone in England and registered before 1868, recognized with an FCC in 1844. The flower spans 112 mm, with broad, light greenish-yellow perianth segments, slightly overlapping and wavy. Its funnel-shaped corona is vivid yellow with subtle orange tinges, straight-mouthed, often deeply 6-lobed, frilled, and minutely irregular at the rim.
