Hydrangea hydrangeoides f. quelpartensis
Description:
A rare form of Hydrangea hydrangeoides, native to Jeju (formerly Quelpart) Island, South Korea. A deciduous woodland shrub with lacecap-style white flower heads, it is now often treated as Platycrater arguta by modern botanists. The name quelpartensis reflects its origin on Jeju, where it occurs naturally.
