Hemerocallis ‘Flaming Sword’
Description:
A 1945 introduction from Russell Gardens, Texas, US, said to be at one time, America's largest grower of daylilies. Listed in their catalogue dated 1950 as deep flaming red with a satin finish. Blooms are small but plenty at a time of flowering season when reds were few. Medium height around 75cm.
