Founder of Orpington Nurseries. described in Kelway's catalogue of 1960 as 'This is the chartreuse green Iris which has become so popular. The large satiny, self coloured flowers are deliclously scented, and make a lovely foiI In the border. A distinct and unusual Iris. 36 lns.'
