Description:

Mid- to late-season historic daffodil, 1 W-Y [Trumpet Long-Cupped], grows 32.5–67.5 cm and was hybridized by de Graaff Bros. in the Netherlands, registered before 1890. Likely a cross of Empress? × Madame de Graaff, it has pure white, ovate perianth segments, slightly inflexed with recurved margins, and a twisted inner whorl. The strong, cylindrical golden-yellow corona is smooth or lightly ribbed, flared at the mouth with a notched, crenate rim, resembling a large-flowered ‘Horsfieldii’.
