Description:
Raised by W. Seabrook & Sons Ltd. in Boreham, Essex, and was National Fruit Trials in 1936. The fruits have soft, creamy white flesh with a pink tinge and a sweet taste. Ruby is self-sterile, so it requires a compatible pollinator to set a crop. is a bright red apple with a strawberry-like flavour reminiscent of Worcester Pearmain.
