Anthurium timplowmanii Croat
Description:
Native to Peru. It grows in wet tropical rainforests where conditions are warm and very humid. It is an epiphytic subshrub, meaning it grows on trees rather than in soil, using them for support while taking moisture and nutrients from rain, air, and organic debris. It is adapted to shaded forest canopies in the wet tropical biome and is part of the diverse plant life of Andean rainforests.
