Description:
Introduced by renowned Californian begonia breeder Rudolf Ziesenhenne in 1946, 'Skeezar' is a classic rhizomatous begonia and the original member of the Skeezar Group. Often mistakenly listed as a rex begonia, it is grown for its creeping rhizomes, attractive lobed foliage and elegant white flowers produced from spring into early summer. Its compact, spreading habit makes it ideal for containers and hanging baskets.
