Narcissus ‘Crimpelene’ (3 W-O)
Description:
Many of Phil Phillips’ best daffodil hybrids have unknown parentage, as he rarely kept records. In some cases, an educated guess can be made, as with this cultivar. It clearly descends from 'Arbar', showing its signature flat, ruffled deep salmon-orange cup. The snowy white perianth is flat, silky, and substantial, beautifully contrasting the burnt-orange, crimped, flat cup, resulting in a striking and elegant bloom.
