The garden is no longer open to the public and it is very kind of Craig and Charles to host our summer party.
The four-acre garden which was started in 2001 stretches from the formal to the wild. There are gardens within gardens, a natural swimming pond, a parterre, and a vegetable garden. Sculptures throughout the garden create an enchanting space which is continually evolving.
After exploring the garden, we will have a light supper with a glass of wine. Please let the organiser know of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Please book by Monday 22nd June, Bank transfer code – ‘your surname’ WF
Prior to paying by bank transfer, it is essential that you contact the organiser to reserve a place.
Directions: This garden may be a little difficult to find. It is 3 miles North of Raglan. From A449 take the Raglan exit, join A40 and continue to the first roundabout. Take the last exit and essentially turn back on yourself. Take the next left signposted to Mitchel Troy. At the almost immediate junction turn left, then again almost immediately, turn left down the lane towards Tregare (the more direct route i.e., cutting across the A40 is apparently an accident black spot so do use the roundabout). Follow this narrow lane to Penrhos village. If you put NP15 2LE into your satellite navigation or mobile phone, it will bring you into Penrhos village. With the church on your right head up the hill passing the Old Vicarage on your right. Take the next right turn (opposite Lam Rim Buddhist Centre) and Woodlands Farm Wales is 100m on the right.
