Our (short!) group AGM will be followed by a talk by Sam or Nigel Hopes from Hopes Garden Plants.
Many plants have a story, here they share 25 of the most interesting they have come across so far. From where they were collected, how they are pollinated to folk law and old wives tales, sure to intrigue!
As usual, there will be a raffle (please remember to bring a prize if you can) and the meeting will be followed by tea/coffee and scrumptious cake. Please also bring along plants of seasonal interest to show to the group.
Please turn up in good time so we can start the talk at 2.15pm prompt.
The event will be hosted jointly with the Cotswold Cottage Gardening Group.
