Although closed to the public we welcome anybody from The Surrey Group who would like to contribute.

In order to be as transparent as we can (and so that, for Committee Members, our diary is all in one place!) we thought we should let you know when our ever busy committee meets.
Although these meetings are 'closed' we rarely (ever?) discuss anything which could not be spoken about in front of the whole group. Having discussed it as a committee we decided we would welcome any member of The Surrey Group who wanted to attend a meeting as an observer and would welcome any ideas about how we could make the group even better!
We generally meet four times a year:-
January - When we plan for the AGM
March/April - Primarily to plan the May Denbies Sale
July - To plan the August Denbies Sale
October - When our Treasurer advises us about how much we have raised in the year and the amount which could be to transferred to Central Office without leaving us short of funds.
All our other plans, meetings, garden visits, collection news (including our own dispersed collection), membership news, financial updates, propagation days and workshops are discussed throughout the year.
The dates for the committee meetings are agreed in our January meeting.
