Grampian & Tayside
The Grampian & Tayside group of Plant Heritage covers the largest geographical area in the UK extending from Fife northwards and ranging from Poolewe in the west of Scotland to Aberdeen on the east coast. Read on to find out more.
We hold a number of events throughout the year to promote plant conservation and education.
We always welcome new members, so for information on joining our group please see contacts details below.
Our main fundraiser is our Plant Sale at Forfar in April.
National Plant Collections held in the group's area range from Aloe & Gasteria in Aberdeen to Meconopsis in Perthshire and Galanthus in Fife. There is something of interest regardless of the time of year you want to visit.
For further information about our group, see our local website. The 'Looking Good Now' page highlights when to visit each of the National Collections.
