Speakers:

Mel Collins, of Mickfield Hostas has a background in technical research and enjoys digging into the depths of the genus to identify lineage, attempting to identify the species and characteristics at the heart of new cultivars. Making connections and sharing that information to inspire others is a natural extension to that research. She shares a lot of that work through her displays at RHS Shows, her website and monthly newsletters, which she started back in 2007, when the collection was granted Plant Heritage National Collection status."

Jonathan Hogarth of Hogarth Hostas started with medium to large hostas but soon got hooked on the miniature range.  He received National Collection status in 2014, and has done innovative displays at RHS shows since 2015. Jonathan is Chairman of the British Hosta and Hemerocallis society, and visits the American Hosta society annual conventions.

Both offer mail order.
